Order Processing Time
Your order may still be in its processing stage. We work hard to prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible, but during busy periods or for items with special shipping considerations, this may take longer than usual.
Presale Orders

The Email is in Your Spam or Junk Mail Folder
Emails containing tracking details sometimes end up in spam or junk folders. If you’re missing our messages, a quick look there can be helpful.
There's a Typo in Your Email Address
Sometimes an incorrect email address is entered at checkout, meaning emails such as your order confirmation email and tracking information email won't reach you. If you suspect this may have happened, reach out to us with your order number and the correct email address so we can update your information.
