We're thrilled that you love our autobrush products! Occasionally, our most popular colors and designs sell out faster than we can restock, leading to temporary backorders. If you've ordered an item that's currently out of stock, don't worry—we have options to ensure you get your autobrush as soon as possible.
Option 1: Wait for Restock
- Stay Updated: If you're interested in an out-of-stock item, click the "Notify Me" button on the product page. You'll receive an alert the moment it's back in stock.
- Pre-Sale Orders: For items available on pre-sale, we'll highlight this on the product page along with the estimated shipping date, so you know exactly when to expect your order.
- Order Holds: If your order includes a backordered item, we'll hold the entire order until everything is ready to ship.
Option 2: Swap for an In-Stock Item
- Swap & Ship: If you don't want to wait for the backordered item, you can swap it for a product that's currently in stock. This way, we'll get your order shipped to you as soon as possible.
- How to Request a Swap: Simply email us at customercare@autobrush.com with your order number and the details of the in-stock item you'd like instead. Our customer support team will handle the rest.
Option 3: Split an Order
- Get what's available, now: Splitting an order means we'll send you what we can as soon as possible, and ship the rest when it's back in stock.
- How to Request a Split Shipment: Simply email us at customercare@autobrush.com with your order number, and we'll see whether splitting your shipment is a good option.
Note that sometimes we don't recommend split shipping if the item on backorder is the functional piece of the total, such as the brush body itself. However, swaps and simply waiting are usually reliable options!
