We offer various brush head sizes to ensure a comfortable and effective fit. Most often, the sizing is straightforward, letting you select the brush head size that's indicated in the name, e.g. Adult Small (Women) which is the best fit for most, though not all, women.
How do the Different Sizes Measure?
The width (how wide the brush is) and depth (how far back the brush extends to the back of your mouth) are measured in millimeters and converted to inches below for easy reference. Here’s a quick overview:
Kid's Sizes
- Kids (Ages 3–5): 38mm deep x 56mm wide (1.49" x 2.20")
- Kids (Ages 6–8): 43mm deep x 65mm wide (1.69" x 2.56")
- Kids (Ages 9–12): 49mm deep x 75mm wide (1.93" x 2.95")
Adult's Sizes
- Small (Women’s Size): 49mm deep x 75mm wide (1.93" x 2.95")
- Regular (Men’s Size): 55mm deep x 77mm wide (2.17" x 3.03")
- XL (Larger Fit): 59mm deep x 77mm wide (2.32" x 3.03")
For Kids
All kids and all mouths are different and develop at different speeds, so sometimes it's wise to size down, particularly for kids that fall "between sizes," e.g. a 6-year-old child might find the 3-5 brush head size a better fit.
Review the images below to ensure you select the optimal choice for your kiddo depending on their mouth's current developmental stage.

The Size for Kids 3-5 Too Big!
If your kid is 3 years or older, and the size for kids 3-5 is still too large, we recommend trying a single-sided brush head. The width and depth will be the same, but the brush won't be as bulky seeing as there's only one "track." The caveat is that the brush needs to be flipped over once since you will effectively brush one row of teeth at a time. Just reach out if you want to try a single-sided brush head!
